While obtaining my BFA at the Savannah College of Art and Design, or SCAD, we were often presented with scenarios which would include real life clients. One of my projects included working with Speed Channel to develop a new direction for their brand. After capturing photos and videos, which can be seen below, I developed my pitch.
My idea was simple: bring out the love of speed in visual narrative vignettes from professional racers. This would focus on where they first got hooked, combined with flashback film cuts, and a distinct aesthetic style. Once the project was complete, it went on to win multiple awards, and has been showcased by numerous media outlets.
